In December 2025, our team had the incredible opportunity to spend three days in Mangochi, Malawi for a team-building retreat. This wasn’t just a break from our busy schedules – it was a space to relax, reconnect, and set targets for the year ahead.
I’ve always believed initiatives like team-building are essential. They give us time to recharge, but more importantly, they allow us to bond with management, realign our goals, and reflect on what’s working. In these spaces, we can openly discuss what needs to change so that the company can continue to progress in meaningful ways.
Highlights from Mangochi
During the retreat, we reflected on achievements from the past year, shared insights, and discussed how we can all work better together in 2026. It was amazing to see how open conversations and collaborative exercises helped us strengthen our teamwork and get motivated for the months ahead.
